Neuroscience 2025 will take place November 15-19 at the San Diego Convention Center, in San Diego. The Society for Neuroscience is the world’s largest organization of scientists and physicians devoted to understanding the brain and the nervous system. Each year, scientists from around the world congregate to discover new ideas, share their research, and experience the best the field has to offer. A. No, but the registration fees are reduced for members.

A. Your registration fee includes access to all SfN-sponsored sessions, lectures, exhibits, symposia, posters, and nanosymposia presentations. No meals are included in the registration fee.
Q. Where is SfN’s annual meeting and what is the address?

Q. What types of companies exhibit?
A. The general exhibit categories are biochemicals and reagents, computer related instruments, laboratory equipment and supplies, optical/imaging instruments, physiological instruments, publishers, and pharmaceutical companies.
Q. When can I submit an abstract?
A. Abstracts are accepted for a two-week submission period in May–June.
Q. How do I reserve hotel rooms?
A. You must register for the annual meeting before you make your hotel reservation. Once registered, make your hotel reservation online, by mail, or phone.
